THIS DOCUMENT MAY BE CHANGED AND UPDATED AS THE SITUATION EVOLVES
(LAST UPDATED 16/07/2021)
British Gymnastics, following on from the government announcement, have confirmed that club are no longer required by law to adhere to any additional rules or guidance in regard to managing the spread of COVID19 from 19th July onwards.
This is great news for the club and a huge step towards normality.
The following polices we will be continuing with, as we believe they will help with the running of classes permanently:
· We will still use the glass door for entry, and wooden doors for exit.
· Numbered drink bottle boxes will still be used for recreational groups
· Recreational classes will still begin their dismissal at 55 past.
These polices will be remaining in place while COVID still remains a concern:
· Hand sanitiser stations will remain at the entry and exits, we will encourage members to use them
· Class sizes will not be returning to previous numbers until September 2021
The following will be returning from 19th July
· Spectators will be allowed to stay and watch from outside the gym (the tables and chairs will be returning). K2 management have asked that people be mindful of overcrowding, and consider still wearing a mask.
· Coaches will now be able to physically assist children with their gymnastics.
